Conflict Check

As we have served many clients in Thailand for years, we have to run a conflict check before we start the work to assure that we do not have any conflict with any of our clients.



Exchange Information

You can tell us all the information and transfer the documents to our system. We will issue our invoice and wait for your payment before we start working.



Transfer Payment

If you choose our services, we will issue the invoice as each service has different price. Once you transfer the payment, we will start working on your project. If you choose our legal advice service, we will charge you after we finish giving you the advice(the cost will be charged per hour). Please also see our Refund Policy for your information to ensure you agree with our system.



Deliver the work

Before we start working for you, we will inform you our estimate deadline to finish your property deal. As a professional organization, we always deliver our work on time.
